Keep Good Posture To Avoid Back Pain

For many people, back issues develop over years of bad posture. While you are sitting at your desk, try to stay aware of whether your shoulders are slumping or not. If they are, then you are allowing your spine to curve and thus straining the muscles that will later cause you back pain. When walking, also keep your shoulders back. With that, make sure that your spine is in-line with your hips and your toes point forward.
